At Universal Audio, we stand behind the quality of our professional audio interfaces and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your UA account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for your specific hardware.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Once your RMA is approved, print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
