What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do your audio interfaces come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new Universal Audio hardware products include a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for hardware and software?
Hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is in its original packaging. Please note that digital software plug-ins are non-refundable once they have been registered or activated.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Are your products compatible with both Windows and macOS?
Most of our interfaces and UAD plug-ins are compatible with both macOS and Windows. We recommend checking the specific system requirements on the product page before completing your purchase.
How do I access my digital plug-in purchases?
Once your purchase is complete, your licenses will be automatically deposited into your UA account. You can download and authorize them using the UA Connect or UAD Meter & Control Panel applications.
